Clients must provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of credentials, and use our services for lawful purposes only. Any misuse or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
All invoices must be settled within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may incur additional charges. Custom software or website development projects may require upfront deposits.
All software, websites, and digital assets developed by JBKlutse Ventures remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We provide limited post-development support for bug fixes and minor adjustments. Ongoing maintenance and updates require a separate service agreement.
JBKlutse Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients assume responsibility for third-party integrations and data security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or any activity that compromises our business integrity.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
